  • After more than 40 years coaching and developing people, Jennifer Robinson was ready to launch her own business. Having spent decades helping individuals and teams overcome barriers, unlock potential, and create meaningful change in their lives, she needed a brand that could communicate the transformational nature of her work while reflecting her warmth, experience, and credibility.

    The challenge was to create a brand and website that captured both the depth of Jennifer's expertise and the powerful outcomes her clients achieve. It needed to feel professional and inspiring, while remaining approachable and deeply human.

  • We worked closely with Jennifer to understand her vision for New Era, gaining clarity on her audience, her coaching philosophy, and the impact she creates for clients. Through collaborative workshops and conversations, we translated years of experience into a clear and compelling brand story.

    Alongside the visual identity, we created a website designed to communicate Jennifer's services with confidence and clarity. Recognising that this was Jennifer's first experience building a personal brand, we developed a toolkit of practical, easy-to-use assets and templates that she felt comfortable managing herself, ensuring she could confidently continue growing the business beyond launch.

    Throughout the process, our focus was on partnership, guiding Jennifer through each stage and creating clear pathways that allowed her vision and personality to shine through.

The Outcome

We created a brand and website that encapsulates the transformative nature of Jennifer's work. The messaging clearly communicates both the challenges New Era helps people overcome and the freedom, confidence, and effectiveness that clients experience through coaching.

A bespoke library of imagery was developed to express movement, growth, and possibility. Expansive landscapes, flowing forms, and open spaces were carefully selected to evoke the feelings of freedom, progression, and new perspectives that Jennifer's coaching inspires. At the same time, the brand remains warm and approachable, reflecting the empathy and understanding at the heart of her practice.

As Jennifer herself is central to the New Era experience, we brought her to the forefront of the brand, highlighting her expertise, philosophy, and decades of experience. Every aspect of the identity was designed to create a sense of flow, progression, and expansion - mirroring the journey her clients embark upon when they choose to work with her.

More than a website launch, this project marked the beginning of a new chapter. By transforming Jennifer's expertise into a clear and compelling brand, New Era became something tangible and real - a platform from which she could confidently grow a thriving coaching practice.
